Hello my name is Alex.
I have a bricked GigaNAS - 35HD-DUAL-NAS (IDE&SATA)

I have a buyed a ftdi cable, the TTL-232R-3V3 that works a 3.3v i have use the pinout as http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Document…232R_CABLES.pdf on page 11
When i connect to my giganas pinout using NAS_FlashTool i have this output.
Can anyone help me??? Please.

Hi Alex!

Do you have a Giga or DUAL NAS? They are different - Giga NAS would be 35HD-DUAL-NAS-E :!:

There is something wrong with the connection to the NAS.
It there a short between TDI and TDO?

Check each Signal as described at my Wiki article
You will need GND, TCK, TMS TDI, TDO

Your type of adapter does not need the VCC (3.3V) connection because it is an output of the cable.
Did you power on your NAS?
