telnet ok, ftp not accessible, ssh "Bad packet length"
Actually there's is telnet, but ...
ftp is not accessible, unless:
every reboot of the NAS.
and PLEASE, can someone show me how to access the default public share via FTP ?
If I get SohonasTinky-130608 , the ssh server is not accessible, because of this error:

Hi,
the problem with ssh could reside on the client side.
Try google with +"Bad packet length" +ssh
ftp: Maybe Thomas made a mistake when creating the Tinky package and some files have wrong access rights.
As you are familiar with linux you could unpack the firmware, mount the ramdisk, make changes and pack it again.
unpack and mount for modification...
packing...
Attention: File must fit into the part of the flash!

Hello again,
Thomas changed the NAS's IP address, it's 192.168.0.9
I found it thanx to arping2, you can find it here, and RPM ready for RHEL5 or CentOS is provided by Dag
all you have to do is, ping your NAS, when it's alive, get its MAC addr, power it off, start arping2 <MAC>, power it on again, and you'll get the IP Addr.
than you power it off, using telnet, launch arping2 and ON again
now you ready to roll on.
I cannot attach the repacked Ramdisk here because it's more than 200ko, but it works fine for me.
someone has a place where to host it ?
